(CBS 11 News) DALLAS Dallas police say two young children ejected from an SUV were not sitting in child safety seats.Police believe the children were sitting on the laps of two other passengers in the vehicle involved in an accident on I-30 that sent four to the hospital. Now police are trying to determine why an 18-year-old man lost control of a Chevy Suburban on I-30 east in the canyon near the Dallas skyline.
