According to local sources, two Chicago-area teens were killed Tuesday in separate car crashes. Doreen Richert, 17, was killed on Interstate 88 in DeKalb when the SUV she was riding in rolled over. Accident investigators said none of the four people in the vehicle was wearing a seat belt and in Janesville, Wis., 18-year-old Dayne Cutler also was killed in a rollover crash. Cutler was a passenger in the car that crashed. Accident investigators believe alcohol was a factor in the Janesville rollover accident. [Aug 23, 2007]
