Utah Woman Killed in GMC Pickup Truck Rollover

Utah Truck Rollover Accident

19-year-old Carrie May Curtis from Richfield, Utah was killed in a rollover accident on Interstate 15. She was traveling south on I-15 when her 1989 GMC pickup, rolled to the left side of the road and across the median into the northbound lanes. According to the police report she was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the pickup during the rollover. It is believed she may have been distracted and left the road and then overcorrected.

Curtis was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead at 10:44 a.m.
