According to emergency officials, an SUV rollover accident occurred when ‘black ice’ was on the roadway.
The accident took place on St. Vincent Road 7:30 a.m when a man and his 10-year-old son were traveling down the roadway and they struck a patch of ice.
This caused the vehicle to slide, rollover and strike a utility pole before finally coming to a stop. Both father and son were able to walk around after the accident, but the son was taken to the hospital in order to be examined.
