A woman in North Dakota was killed after a SUV rollover accident occurred on I-29 in South Dakota.

According to highway patrol, the accident occurred as the 30-year-old woman was traveling northbound down the roadway and her car went into the median and she lost control.

The vehicle then flipped and rolled over and the driver was transported to the hospital to be treated. She was later pronounced dead due to injuries sustained. Two children were also in the car at the time, but they were uninjured.

Rollover accidents can cause serious injury to all on the roadway. Our thoughts are with the friends and family of the victim at this time.
