One person was injured in a one-vehicle car accident in Clifton on Christmas Day.
The accident occurred at 3:53 p.m. on Co. Route 60 when the driver of the vehicle was heading eastbound down the roadway and struck a patch of ice in the road causing him to lose control of the vehicle and strike a guardrail near the roadway.
The car then flipped and rolled over. The 22-year-old passenger in the vehicle complained of abdominal pain and was transported to the hospital. Deputies were sent to the scene for assistance.
