According to police officials in DeKalb C0unty, a rollover car accident occurred Sunday evening and caused two teens to be transported to the hospital to be treated.

The accident occurred on County Road 52 when the 18-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle while traveling on the gravel road. The car fishtailed down the roadway before striking a ditch that caused the car to flip and roll over onto its roof.

The driver was trapped in the car, but was able to be freed by his passenger.  They were both taken to Auburn Hospital for the treatment of non-life threatening injuries. According to Wane.com, the driver suffered head injuries while the passenger complained of chest pain.
